Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instruction on where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations (In-stock items)
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has already entered the shipping stage, we will be unable cancel the order. If a cancellation and refund is approved, a 3.3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellations (Pre-orders)
Pre-orders will require a non-refundable deposit. If you decide to cancel your order after committing to the pre-order, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.
Returns
If you've already received your product and need to return it, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less a 25% restocking fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
