Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. Once the pre-order is fully booked, a manufacturing order will be placed, and products will be available for shipping within 4-6 weeks of that manufacturing order date. 

We will collect a non-refundable deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. If you cancel your pre-order prior to order shipment, you will not be charged for the remaining balance of the order.

In-stock Items
For standard orders, you may cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet, subject to a 3.3% restocking fee.
