Smokin' Seal™ Black Series Pre-Order (Primo Large/XL compatibility only)

Smokin’ Seal™️ is a simple gasket upgrade for kamado-style grills that helps seal in smoke and lock in flavor. It is meant to replace the felt gaskets that normally are used to form the seal between the base and the lid of the ceramic cooker. This food-grade silicone gasket improves the seal on your grill to reduce smoke leaks, maintain steady temperatures, and create better BBQ. It is designed to perform best at smoking temperatures and is easily removable when you need to crank up the heat for high-temp steak searing, cooking pizzas, or to run a "self cleaning" higher temp burn off cycle after a long slow cook.

As a follow-up to our "First Smoke Series" pre-sale, we are now offering a pre-sale for the Smokin' Seal in a black color (Primo Oval/XL Compatibility - sorry, we do not have photos of the product in black at this time)

The Smokin' Seal™ can be used for cooking at temperatures up to 450F but for any prolonged cooking temperatures above that range it's recommended to remove it from the grill. Any damage to the Smokin' Seal™ due to misuse/excessive heat will not covered by the 12-month limited warranty.

IMPORTANT - Know your Hinge Type

Please select the correct grill size and hinge type and your Smokin' Seal™ will be pre-trimmed before shipment to fit over your hinges and bands (EXCEPT for Oval Large 300 models with the "Classic" hinge design - we are working to add this as a pre-trim option in the future. For Oval Large 300 models, we can only ship gaskets that have not been pre-trimmed at this time).

Please note that some minor additional trimming of the Smokin' Seal™ will be required for final fitment.

Shipping Lead Time
Our order is in production. Production lead time is 4-6 weeks. We expect to start shipping these by mid to late August of 2026
